3. Eligible Conditions for Replacement
Replacement may be considered only if:
You received a wrong product
The product arrived physically damaged
Live plants arrived in non-recoverable condition
4. Conditions Not Eligible for Replacement
Replacement will not be provided if:
Plant damage occurs due to improper care after delivery
Seeds fail to germinate due to environmental or planting factors
Minor transit stress such as leaf drop or soil displacement
Color, size, or appearance variation due to natural characteristics
Delay in delivery caused by courier partners
5. Time Limit to Raise Replacement Request
Replacement requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
Requests made after this time period will not be accepted
6. Mandatory Proof for Replacement
To process a replacement request, customers must provide:
Clear unboxing video (mandatory)
Clear photos showing the issue
Order ID and registered contact details
Without proper proof, replacement claims will be rejected.
7. Replacement Approval Process
Our team will review the request within 2–3 working days
Approval is subject to internal verification
Krisikart reserves the right to approve or reject any claim
8. Replacement Dispatch
Approved replacements will be shipped once per order only
Replacement shipment timeline depends on product availability
No replacement will be provided for the same issue again
9. No Return Pickup
Customers are not required to return the damaged or incorrect product
No return pickup service is available
10. Shipping Charges on Replacement
Replacement shipping charges may be borne by Krisikart or customer, depending on the issue and product category
Decision will be communicated during approval
11. Live Plant Disclaimer
Live plants may show temporary stress due to transit
Customers are advised to allow 48–72 hours recovery time before raising a claim (except for severe damage)
12. Seeds & Bio Products Disclaimer
Germination or effectiveness cannot be guaranteed
Replacement is not applicable for dissatisfaction with results
13. Bulk & Discounted Orders
Replacement policy may vary for bulk orders, promotional items, or discounted products
Such conditions will be communicated at the time of purchase
14. Cancellation & Order Modification
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped
Replacement policy does not apply to order cancellation
15. Abuse of Policy
Krisikart reserves the right to:
Reject claims if misuse or repeated false claims are detected
Restrict future purchases in case of policy abuse
16. Force Majeure
Replacement is not applicable for damage caused by:
