At Krisikart, we deal in live plants, seeds, bio pesticides, herbs, and natural food products, which are sensitive and perishable in nature.
Therefore, we do not accept product returns.
Only 5days replacement is applicable, subject to the conditions mentioned below.
1. No Return Policy
Returns are not accepted for any product once delivered
This applies to all categories listed on the website
Products once sold cannot be returned due to hygiene, perishability, and biological sensitivity
2. Replacement-Only under 5days Policy
Replacement may be provided only in eligible cases
No cash refund, store credit, or exchange for different products is offered
3. Eligible Cases for Replacement
Replacement requests will be considered only if:
Wrong product delivered
Product received in damaged condition
Product missing from the order
Severe transit damage (for live plants only)
4. Non-Eligible Cases
Replacement will not be provided in the following situations:
Change of mind after delivery
Plant stress due to transit (minor leaf drop is normal)
Improper care, planting, or usage by customer
Natural variation in size, shape, or color
Delayed delivery due to courier or force majeure events
5. Replacement Request Time Limit
Customers must raise a replacement request within 24 hours of delivery
Requests raised after this time period will not be accepted
6. Proof Required for Replacement
To process a replacement request, customers must provide:
Clear photos or videos of the product
Original packaging visible
Order ID and registered contact details
Incomplete or unclear proof may result in rejection.
7. Replacement Approval
All replacement requests are subject to review and approval
Krisikart reserves the right to approve or reject any request based on provided evidence
8. Replacement Dispatch
Approved replacements will be dispatched once stock is available
Replacement product will be of same item only, not an alternative
9. Replacement Shipping Cost
Replacement shipping will be borne by Krisikart in eligible cases
In non-eligible cases, no replacement or compensation will be provided
10. Live Plant Disclaimer
Live plants may experience temporary stress during shipping
Recovery depends on proper care after delivery
Replacement is not applicable for recoverable transit stress
11. Seed & Bio Product Disclaimer
Seed germination and bio pesticide results vary due to multiple factors
Replacement is not applicable for performance or outcome dissatisfaction
12. Food & Herbal Products Disclaimer
Replacement is not applicable for taste, aroma, or texture preference
Minor variations are natural and expected
13. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not allowed
14. Refund in Case of Cancellation
If cancellation is approved before dispatch, the prepaid amount will be refunded
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only
15. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds (pre-dispatch cancellation only) may take 2–5 working days
Refund timelines depend on the payment gateway or bank
16. Partial Orders
Replacement or cancellation is applicable only for affected items
Remaining items in the order will not be cancelled or refunded
17. Courier Delays & Force Majeure
Krisikart is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, strikes, or other unforeseen events
Replacement is not applicable in such cases
18. Policy Abuse
Repeated or fraudulent replacement claims may lead to account restriction or refusal of future service
19. Final Decision Authority
Krisikart’s decision on replacement approval shall be final and binding
20. Policy Updates
Krisikart reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice
